Svend Langkilde – Vintage tray/table in rosewood

This beautiful tray in Brazilian rosewood was designed by Svend Langkilde for Illums Bolighus in the 1960s. It has a solid wooden base with transverse support bars and a removable top with the beautiful rosewood grain. On each side of the tabletop there is a handle, and they are attached with brass fittings so that they can be lifted up and used as a practical tray that is easy to carry. The furniture can function both as a stylish coffee table and as a practical tray for a romantic breakfast in bed.

The furniture is in excellent original condition with only minor signs of wear and a light patina on the brass details. The wood has been cleaned and maintained with professional products.
