Who is Denmark's next high-end jewelery brand?

AKVA Jewelery is a team and a strong community of three creative, independent women. We are passionate about creating jewelry in interesting, organic shapes that can be loved and live for generations. We are each passionate about our design and craftsmanship. Some days we find our inspiration in the vibrant city life and other days on long walks along the water. One of our great strengths is that we have each other. We inspire and lift each other - we discuss and become smarter and we support each other.

Our jewelery is produced within the EU. They are cast in Germany and made in our small workshop on Bredgade in Copenhagen. We create exclusively in recycled solid precious metals - primarily sterling silver and 14 carat gold.

From day one, we have had a desire to be as conscious in our production and thinking as possible. Production of new things is not in itself sustainable, but by creating in metals that can live for centuries and create timeless and interesting forms, rather than letting ourselves be controlled by trends, we design sustainably. Like the rest of our generation, we are very much influenced by the development of the world we live in, and we want to be co-creators of a more conscious consumption culture. When you buy a piece of high-quality jewellery, it is an investment that can then be passed on through generations. Often the jewelery becomes significant, and hopefully also a natural extension of your personality. Whether the piece reminds you of the strength or calmness of the sea, your lover, faith in yourself or is purely an aesthetic expression is not important to us - the important thing is that you will appreciate and take care of it.
