Product description

Model armchair designed by Arne Hovmand-Olsen, Denmark 1970s. The set consists of two chairs made of solid oak with seat and back in newly upholstered cognac-colored aniline leather. The design is characterized by clean lines, light construction and elegant balance between materials - a clear example of Hovmand-Olsen's architectural approach to furniture design.

The chairs have been completely restored and reupholstered by professional cabinetmakers. The result is a set that combines comfort, aesthetics and high-level Danish craftsmanship. An ideal choice for both modern and classic interiors.

Arne Hovmand-Olsen (1919–1989) was a Danish furniture designer known for his sculptural forms and functional solutions, where the natural qualities of the materials were always at the center.

Bought a used Wegner armchair, which was delivered directly from a dealer. So it seems that Splish collaborates with different dealers who are then responsible for the delivery. Therefore it feels a bit like I could have just as well ordered directly from the dealer, but at the same time it is quite nice that you can compare products across dealers on the website. The quality was as described and the delivery was problem-free, however the delivery took 9 days, while the website said 3-7 days. All in all, very satisfied.
