The DAX chair was originally designed by Charles & Ray Eames in the 1950s and is presented here in a version produced in the 1970s by Fehlbaum (later Vitra) for Herman Miller. This version is made of black fiberglass with a clearly visible structure that highlights the character of the material and gives the chair a light yet robust appearance.

The chair has the classic H-shaped metal frame and appears in very good condition with a well-preserved finish. An original Herman Miller logo is found on the rubber pads under the seat, documenting its authenticity. An iconic design with a timeless shape that still looks modern today.

A classic and sustainable choice – and a central part of the Eames couple's influential design legacy.

Bought a used Wegner armchair, which was delivered directly from a dealer. So it seems that Splish collaborates with different dealers who are then responsible for the delivery. Therefore it feels a bit like I could have just as well ordered directly from the dealer, but at the same time it is quite nice that you can compare products across dealers on the website. The quality was as described and the delivery was problem-free, however the delivery took 9 days, while the website said 3-7 days. All in all, very satisfied.
