This stunning set of eight teak dining chairs was designed in the 1960s by Erik Buch and produced at Christiansen Møbelfabrik in Denmark. Known as Model 310, the chairs are a beautiful example of the Danish design tradition. The chairs are made of solid teak with a curved backrest and a wide floating seat, and they have been reupholstered in natural wool fabric in a light turquoise blue color. The solid assembly and attention to detail are evident everywhere, such as the small knobs on the side of the back that hide the screws that secure the backrest. These details not only add aesthetic value, but also demonstrate the masterful precision of the craftsmanship. The elegant, soft and organic lines and the curved teak back and frame support the body perfectly, making them extremely comfortable dining chairs. The chairs will add style and class to any dining room and attract attention with their appealing shape and the beautiful combination of teak and upholstery. Our team has carefully undertaken a careful restoration that preserves the authenticity of this vintage set. The teak frames have been cleaned and treated with protective oil to enhance the grain. All eight chairs are in excellent condition with the wood cleaned and protected with oil, and new foam inserts and upholstery. There are only minimal, normal signs of wear consistent with their age.
