Product description

Model Optima XL pendant designed by Hans Due for Fog & Mørup in the 1970s. Made of white lacquered metal with a yellow inner circle that creates a warm and focused light output. The graphic structure of the shades provides a calm and even light, and the lamp still bears its original Fog & Mørup brand.

The lamp has been completely restored and updated to modern electrical standards. A classic Danish pendant lamp in excellent condition, suitable for lighting both in the dining area and living room, where color and functionality are allowed to stand out.

Hans Due is known for the Optima series' precise proportions and clear color choices, which have made the models sought after among collectors of Danish lighting design.

Bought a used Wegner armchair, which was delivered directly from a dealer. So it seems that Splish collaborates with different dealers who are then responsible for the delivery. Therefore it feels a bit like I could have just as well ordered directly from the dealer, but at the same time it is quite nice that you can compare products across dealers on the website. The quality was as described and the delivery was problem-free, however the delivery took 9 days, while the website said 3-7 days. All in all, very satisfied.
