Product description
The iconic Butterfly chair was designed in 1938 by Argentine architects Jorge Ferrari Hardoy, Antonio Bonet and Juan Kurchan. Originally created for an apartment building in Buenos Aires, the chair has since achieved the status of a design classic with its distinctive and sculptural shape.
This vintage example from the 1970s has a black lacquered metal frame and a light suede seat, which was reupholstered a few years ago. The chair appears in good condition with normal signs of wear, including a small stain on the seat (see photo). It can be partially disassembled for easier transport.
A timeless and functional classic that brings both lightness and comfort into the room.
