Model armchair designed by Illum Wikkelsø for Niels Eilersen in the 1960s. The chair is made of solid elm wood with beautifully rounded lines and an organic design language that characterizes Wikkelsø's approach to Danish modernism. Bought a used Wegner armchair, which was delivered directly from a dealer. So it seems that Splish collaborates with different dealers who are then responsible for the delivery. Therefore it feels a bit like I could have just as well ordered directly from the dealer, but at the same time it is quite nice that you can compare products across dealers on the website. The quality was as described and the delivery was problem-free, however the delivery took 9 days, while the website said 3-7 days. All in all, very satisfied.
