Martin Visser - Sofa bed BR 53 7 for 't Spectrum, 1960s

Original sofa bed model BR 53 7 designed by Martin Visser for 't Spectrum in 1960. The sofa has a square steel frame and can easily be converted into a single bed by pulling the seat forward. It has been reupholstered in green fabric and appears in very good condition with only light age-related signs of wear such as patina and minor scratches on the frame. A solid and functional sofa with a timeless design.
