This three-seater sofa was designed by Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen and Peter Hvidt for the legendary manufacturer Fritz Hansen in the late 1950s. It has been given a modern twist with new luxurious long-haired lambskin upholstery, which not only enhances comfort but also adds a new dimension of elegance with its refined texture. Versatile and opulent, the sofa will find its perfect place in any room – whether it is a cozy mountain cabin by a crackling fireplace, a charming castle, or a place where comfort and exceptional design meet.
In addition, sheep's wool has superior anti-allergic properties and helps balance electrostatics, making it ideal for modern interiors filled with artificial materials. The sofa has sprung seats and backrests, which provide extraordinary comfort, and the frame and legs are made of solid beech. The warm honey-colored upholstery, quilted with brown leather buttons, and the slender wooden legs enhance the Scandinavian elegance and add a new quality.
The sofa has been completely restored. We have kept the original frame and the springs and legs have been refreshed, but they still show a subtle sign of the furniture's age. The sofa is in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear and new upholstery.
