Product description

Model wall shelf designed by Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen for Søborg Møbelfabrik in the 1950s. The shelf is made of solid and veneered teak with a light and well-proportioned expression, typical of the designer duo's functional and harmonious design language. The system combines open shelves and closed modules and unites aesthetics, craftsmanship and flexibility in one piece of furniture.

In excellent vintage condition with minimal signs of wear. An elegant and timeless example of Danish furniture art that combines architectural clarity with natural warmth – and a sustainable choice for the design-conscious collector.

Bought a used Wegner armchair, which was delivered directly from a dealer. So it seems that Splish collaborates with different dealers who are then responsible for the delivery. Therefore it feels a bit like I could have just as well ordered directly from the dealer, but at the same time it is quite nice that you can compare products across dealers on the website. The quality was as described and the delivery was problem-free, however the delivery took 9 days, while the website said 3-7 days. All in all, very satisfied.
