Product description

This dining table, designed by Piet Hein and Bruno Mathsson for Fritz Hansen, was introduced in the 1960s and has since become an international design classic. The table's oval shape is the result of Hein's so-called superellipse – a geometric shape that combines the practicality of the rectangular with the softness of the round.

The tabletop is made of white laminate with an aluminum frame and stands on four elegant chrome-plated steel legs. The timeless look and well-balanced size make the table suitable for 6–8 people and for both private homes and professional environments.

In good condition with normal signs of wear and light wear consistent with age. A functional and aesthetically strong piece of furniture – and a sustainable choice.

Bought a used Wegner armchair, which was delivered directly from a dealer. So it seems that Splish collaborates with different dealers who are then responsible for the delivery. Therefore it feels a bit like I could have just as well ordered directly from the dealer, but at the same time it is quite nice that you can compare products across dealers on the website. The quality was as described and the delivery was problem-free, however the delivery took 9 days, while the website said 3-7 days. All in all, very satisfied.
