Swend Langkilde – Rosewood side table for Illums Bolighus, 1960s

Elegant Danish side table designed by Swend Langkilde for Illums Bolighus in the 1960s. The table has a removable top with hinged ends that can be used as a serving tray - a refined and functional detail.

The base is made of solid rosewood and has beautiful brass crosses that give the table an exclusive look. A fine example of Scandinavian design tradition, where aesthetics and function go hand in hand.

The table is marked with Illums Bolighus, Copenhagen.
