Torbjørn Afdal – 3-Seater Sofa "Studio Open", 1965

This rare and beautifully crafted 3-seater sofa, model "Studio Open", was designed by Torbjørn Afdal for Bruksbo in Norway in 1965 and manufactured by Sandvik & Co. The sofa exudes an impressive quality, and its frame is made of rosewood, while the cushions are upholstered in black leather. The design is both elegant and functional, and the sofa is one of the more striking examples of Afdal's work, known for his refined understanding of materials and forms.

The sofa is in very good condition and the leather still looks beautiful. The webbing under the seat has been renewed, which has given the sofa excellent seating comfort.
