Verner Panton – 123 chair in yellow for Fritz Hansen

Rare and characterful armchair model 123-F designed by Verner Panton for Fritz Hansen in 1973. This sculptural chair has a high back, swivel function and is upholstered in the original bright yellow wool, which still appears in very good condition. An extra protective cover is included, which has protected the fabric over the years. A true design classic and a sought-after collector's item.

The chair is mentioned in Verner Panton published by Vitra Design Museum (pages 64, 265 and 267). Panton is considered one of the most influential Danish designers of the 20th century – and model 123 is a strong example of his futuristic design language.
