Product description

Model 350 children's chairs designed by Walter Papst in 1954 and manufactured by Wilkhahn in Germany. The chairs are made of beech and painted in a white finish. The characteristic three-legged construction gives a light, sculptural expression while providing a stable seating experience for children.

The chairs appear in good vintage condition with no damage to the wooden frame and retain an authentic expression from the period. A rare and charming set that functions as a decorative element in a child's room or as collectors' items for connoisseurs of German design history.

Walter Papst (1924–2008) was a German industrial designer known for his experimental forms and functional furniture, with the model 350 being one of his most iconic designs for Wilkhahn.

Bought a used Wegner armchair, which was delivered directly from a dealer. So it seems that Splish collaborates with different dealers who are then responsible for the delivery. Therefore it feels a bit like I could have just as well ordered directly from the dealer, but at the same time it is quite nice that you can compare products across dealers on the website. The quality was as described and the delivery was problem-free, however the delivery took 9 days, while the website said 3-7 days. All in all, very satisfied.
