Splish.dk registers your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the item you have ordered to you. The personal information is registered with Splish Now ApS and stored for 5 years, after which the information is deleted.

Sleeknote & Mailchimp is a tool that allows us to collect users' contact information, such as their e-mail address and phone number through pop-ups on the website www.splish.dk. Sleeknote/Mailchimp and Splish store this information and comply with applicable rules for the Process of Personal Data.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

Duty to provide informationAgreements (purchase orders) can be entered into in Danish or English and stored by the company for 5 years, in accordance with the Accounting Act.
