At SPLISH.dk we work with independent partner stores, each of whom sets their own shipping prices and chooses which logistics partners they want to use. This means that shipping costs, delivery options and destinations may vary from partner to partner.
Please note that the individual partner is fully responsible for the shipment – including any errors or risks associated with delivery.
You have a 14-day right of return, which applies from the day you receive your order. In order to return an item, it must be in its original condition – unused and undamaged. Labels and packaging must also be intact.
To reduce waste and care for the environment, we ask that you reuse the SPLISH packaging you received the item in when you return.
It takes approximately 10 business days from the time we receive your return package to process it. Once the return has been registered, we will send you a confirmation email.
The refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the item at the warehouse.
Be aware:
It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. This depends on your card issuer and is beyond our control. The refund will be paid to the same card used for the purchase. If this is not possible (e.g. due to an expired card), please contact our customer service – we will resolve it via bank transfer.
If you believe your refund is incorrect, please contact our customer service. Remember to provide your order number and the amount you expect to be refunded.
Bemærk:
Shipping and return fees are non-refundable. You will be refunded the price of the item minus any additional costs.
We do not automatically make exchanges. When we receive your returned item, the amount will be refunded and you can place a new order with the desired product. The delivery time for your new order is typically 3–9 business days.
